Service access
Digital services will be added in stages. During a pilot phase which will last several months, the service offering will initially be limited to the SANTANA project partners and initiators HPA, DAKOSY and HVCC as well as authorities. In a second phase, selected terminal operators in the Port of Hamburg will be invited to offer their digital services on the Marketplace. From the first half of 2025 onwards the Marketplace is expected to be available to all interested companies and their digital services.
What services can be offered?
A digital service has to meet three essential conditions to qualify for the Marketplace:
- It must be a digital service, meaning that it includes the possibility of exchanging data or status messages from logistics, transport or infrastructure in both directions via interface, API, EDI, WebGUI or web service.
- The service must be of relevance to the Port of Hamburg, i.e. it should contribute to the digitalisation of terminal operations, port services and port-related transport chains.
- A reference customer has to varify the digital service. This ensures that only services that actually exist and create added value for the Port of Hamburg are listed on the Marketplace.
