The DESTANDO status app gives you complete transparency about your truck transports

Clients and/or truck drivers use DESTANDO to exchange order data and all relevant status information about the tour with hauliers/transporters. The exchange of information is limited to the essentials - i.e. what is really required to complete the tour between the consignor and the final recipient of the goods. As this can vary from case to case, the data required by the driver for the tour and the information to be reported back to the client is defined individually in advance. All statuses recorded by the driver can be automatically imported directly into the client's TMS in the format they require.

Before the tour starts, the client - this can be a shipping company, a freight forwarder, a container operator or even a haulage company - enters the necessary tour data into the system and immediately receives a tour reference in the form of a web link and a QR code. This is sent to the transporter or driver, who then immediately has all the relevant tour data. The status information reported back via the app includes, for example, pick-up, arrival or break times, as well as photos showing the condition of the goods or possible damage.

Particularly convenient for UNIKAT GE users!

There is a direct link to UNIKAT GE. This means you can send the most important information about the tour directly from UNIKAT GE to your driver's smartphone and receive live status information from them via the app during the tour. This gives you complete transparency about your port tours - without additional data entry in UNIKAT GE.

How does it work? Your drivers (including third-party drivers) only need to download the app onto their smartphone and can register free of charge using their e-mail address. If you or your dispatcher then assign a tour to a DESTANDO driver in UNIKAT GE, the driver will automatically see it on their smartphone. While the tour is being processed, the driver is shown the next status for the tour in DESTANDO and only needs to confirm it. If the driver also enables the location function, you can also display the current position of your tour in UNIKAT GE on a map
