DAKOSY is a certified provider of the German National Single Window

With eDeclaration, we offer carriers and ship declarants a portal through which they can easily fulfill their reporting obligations to the National Single Window (NSW) and the port authorities in accordance with Directive 2010/65/EU. Declarations are recorded electronically in eDeclaration and sent to the National Single Window (NSW). DAKOSY is a certified provider of the German NSW.

The portal is also used by many port authorities. They can use the software to collect and process the ship registrations from carriers and ship registrants from the National Single Window. Additional modules have been developed for the ports that significantly simplify their work processes. This includes berth management, a dangerous goods module, a statistics module and a convenient document export option.

  • Dashboard (events, warnings, other messages per visit ID)
  • On-board solution: messages (including the PAR - Pre Arrival Report) are recorded in Excel, converted into an encrypted XML format and sent directly from the ship.
  • Further processing of the data recorded on board is possible.
