An electronic port fee declaration must be submitted for every seagoing vessel calling at the Port of Hamburg. This obligation is based on the so-called “Port GTC” with the “General Terms and Conditions” and the “Special Terms and Conditions for Seagoing Vessels”.
MUST-HAVE is designed to be customer-friendly and convenient. For example, address books for debtors can be created within the customer account, and the ports of call for various liner services can also be saved. These can each be inserted into a declaration with 2 clicks. It is also possible to duplicate declarations. Only the variables such as arrival and departure date and the transshipment need to be inserted.
Files (such as ship certificates) can be uploaded to the port dues declaration and sent together. Sent declarations are saved in the customer's account. They can also be printed if required.
The system languages are either German or English
