UNIKAT GE enables freight forwarders, RUs and container operators to commission rail transports to their service providers or to handle these transports themselves in the seaports
With UNIKAT GE, you can place electronic orders for container rail transports with your service providers or handle these transports yourself in the seaports of Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven and Rotterdam.
Of course, pure container hinterland transports can also be handled with UNIKAT GE. You can use the application to organize all modes of transport for your shipments, e.g. in the form of a rail main leg with truck pre- and on-carriage.
UNIKAT GE can be operated both as a stand-alone application and as an integrative component of the customer's own in-house system - as a universal interface adapter, so to speak. This means that you only need one interface to UNIKAT GE and can use it to access all connected service providers and hubs. If desired, this adapter function can be fully automated so that your users continue to work exclusively in their own system.
Among other things, UNIKAT GE uses the latest version of the AC03 interface, which is now regarded as the quasi-standard for seaport-hinterland communication in Germany and Europe.
