HVCC PRISE
Established joint Port River Information System platform with indirectly +1000 data users for planned and actual berth-related port calls in the Port of Hamburg.

The PRISE “Port-River Information System” platform offers a central, real-time overview and digital link to the berth planning and planning-relevant basic information of the port calls in the Port of Hamburg
PRISE has been in operation since 2012 and was developed by HHLA and Eurogate Hamburg in collaboration with HPA as the information platform for data exchange on port calls. The platform is based on the technical link between PRISE, the IT systems of the port actors and the PCS modules from DAKOSY. The information is provided by the terminals, pilots, shipowners, brokers, tugs, mooring lines and the port authority. Basic information on port calls includes the status of berth planning at the terminals, official approval of the port call or the responsibility notification of individual nautical service providers.
With the help of the central information platform, +1000 data users participate directly or indirectly in the planning data of the port calls of the Port of Hamburg. In addition to the above-mentioned actors, customs, the water police, the veterinary office and customers of the Port Community System modules from DAKOSY also use the planned and actual data stored in PRISE.
